SmokeStack Lightnin' BBQ and Catering started as an idea after couple Chris and Taylor hosted numerous large get togethers at the house for friends and family using barbeque as the course of attraction. Their idea grew into a passion of what is now a sought-after BBQ style within the Inland Empire.

Chris and Taylor have grown up and lived in Temecula for over 28 years, attending all of the local restaurants and developing an appreciation for the local community and restaurant scene - they decided to bring something that they felt was missing; Traditional Southern Barbeque.
